In the single voting day on 13 September we will elect almost five thousand deputies of different levels – from village and town to the deputies of the legislative Assembly. But I believe that today’s vote on amendments to the Constitution – much more important. The decisions we take, will be fixed in the main law of our country and are binding not only the current generation of government officials, but also the subsequent generations, – said Andrei Travnikov. – I believe that the amendments are aimed at protection of national interests and the interests of each citizen of the Russian Federation.
the Governor noted that the amendments generated as a result of deep, detailed work, collecting of suggestions from across the country. They are strategic in nature and will have a positive impact on the lives of not only today’s residents of Novosibirsk region and the country as a whole, but also future generations.
at the same time a nationwide vote on amendments to the Constitution in the Novosibirsk region organized a survey on the prioritization of the distribution of the “people’s budget” and the collection of signatures for the question of attribution of Novosibirsk honorary title of “City of labor valor”. The head of the region also took part in them.
In the Novosibirsk region today employs more than two thousand polling stations. All met strict sanitary-and-epidemiologic measures: each issue a medical mask and gloves (in their absence) for voting purposes – disposable handle.
