“More than 96 thousand commissions have started to work. The vast majority of them started work from 8 o’clock in the morning and went to the first voters We have repeatedly said and reiterate today that the electoral system is ready to work,” said Bulaev at the meeting of the working group on preparation of amendments to the Constitution on Thursday.
He added that the CEC currently does not see failures in the organization of nationwide voting.
