participation is open To writers whose new works first published in Russian in the year preceding the year of the competition, either in the current year, but not later than the date of announcement of the application deadlines.

Work will be evaluated by a jury panel composed of famous writers and experts. The winner in the nomination “the Best literary work for children by readers” will be determined by the users of the project “Active citizen”.
