“In the South the temperature will come to normal values. On the lower Volga, Stavropol temperature will significantly decrease. They will be in the range of 23-28 degrees. According to the calculations, below normal by 4-6 degrees, the projected temperature on the upper Volga, with an offset to the middle Volga, of course, the Urals and with a gradual shift to the lower Volga. In Astrakhan and Krasnodar, the temperature will be 1-2 degrees below normal,” — said Vilfand.
He also noted that on 28 June in the East of the Stavropol region the temperature again comes to normal of 35 degrees.
