Deputy Minister of foreign Affairs of Ukraine Vasily Bodnar has admitted that the country will continue to refuse agreement with Russia. Current will only have the necessary documents.
“Before the war we had 453 signed bilateral agreements. Now remain in force of about 300 documents, but still continue to audit what we can give,” explained Bodnar edition of “UKRINFORM”. The diplomat stressed that relations with Russia have not yet stopped altogether.
In February of this year, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that Russia and Ukraine are still able to negotiate. “Hope dies last” — said Putin.
