The majority of British people (75%) in favour of Prime Minister Boris Johnson has reduced his salary against the background of the coronavirus pandemic, writes the Daily Mail with reference to survey data.
The British wanted Johnson’s salary was decreased by 10% not only themselves, but also senior Ministers. That the Prime Minister did not cut the salary voted only 13% and 11% of the respondents abstaining from choosing.
"Three quarters of Britons want Boris Johnson followed the example of the mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, has reduced the salary by about 15,000 pounds a year (about 129,5 thousand roubles)", – writes the edition.
