Entrants this year will be able to apply to Russian universities in electronic form via a special service, the corresponding order of the Ministry of science and higher education of the Russian Federation published on the official Internet portal of legal information.
"For admission to training applicants submit application for admission with the necessary documents in electronic form through the electronic information system of the organization, with the use of superservis "admission to the University online", – said in the text of the document.
It is noted that when filing applications in electronic form the attached documents are sent to the organization by scanning or photographing.
