Changes be made to Chapter 49.1 of the Labor code of Russia, follows from the electronic database of the Duma.
“the Purpose of the amendments to the labour code — enhance flexibility of employment and the application of information and communications technologies in labour relations. For this purpose, firstly, it is proposed to improve rules for remote work and to settle the relations of the temporary remote (remote) employment”, — stated in the explanatory note to the draft.
Proposals can make to Chapter 49.1 “peculiarities of regulation of labor of remote employees.” Its name changes to “features of regulation of distance and time remote work”.
