– four years ago a huge number of requests from residents to do just for street lighting. People complained about the darkness in yards, parks, on school grounds. And they were right. What a beautiful pedestrian area we have not done, which would not put a Playground, they are impossible to use in the dark. Truly affordable Ulyanovsk can become only with quality modern lighting. We have already passed the tipping point. Now we are increasingly coming thanks from residents regarding the installation of street lighting. To stop this you should not. In Ulyanovsk many more places where it is still quite dark. We will solve the problem gradually through such projects as “Support local initiatives”.
