Krasnogvardeyskiy district court has sentenced seven citizens who organized the channel of illegal migration of foreigners to the Peninsula. This was reported by the press service of the court.

In court, the defendants agreed with the accusation and filed a motion to hear the case in a special order.
the Court, considering the individual defendants, their voluntary surrender, guilty plea, remorse, active assistance in investigating a crime and absence of aggravating circumstances, four of the defendant have appointed punishment in the form of two years six months of imprisonment and three to three years of imprisonment, – have told in a press-service of the court. – However, the court has considered possible to appoint to the accused conditional sentences with a two-year probation and a fine of 100 thousand rubles.
