In the welcome address, which quoted the press service of the head of state stressed that “this day symbolizes the power and greatness of the Russian state, proud of its centuries-old history, rich culture and traditions. The key to the current and new achievements – the inspired creative work of many generations of Russians, their unity, love and devotion to the Fatherland”.
Constructive interstate dialogue, expressed confidence that the Belarusian leader based on the principles of mutual respect and support, “conforms to the fundamental interests of the people of the two countries, strengthen stability and security in the region.”
