In early June in the Chinese city of Chongqing was opened a 300-meter long horizontal skyscraper located in the complex Raffles city in the business district of Yuzhong.
the author of the project (and the whole complex) is a well-known architect Moshe Safdie. Amazing and almost entirely glass building “rests” on the four conventional skyscrapers at an altitude of 250 metres. Its construction took eight years, according to Designboom.
Inside the skyscraper are restaurants, bars, pool, a winter garden, as well as a mini-Museum town and a large observation deck with glass floor.
