“I Want to say that since the beginning of the year and at the beginning of the day 482 thousand families have received the state certificate for maternity capital”, – she said on Tuesday at a meeting of the presidential Council of the Russian Federation on realization of state policy in the sphere of protection of family and children, which was held by the Chairman of the Federation Council Valentina Matvienko.
According to Golikova, more than 150 million families have received the certificate in electronic form without a personal appeal to the Pension Fund.
Dispose of the funds received and 377 thousand families, said Deputy Prime Minister. According to her, since the beginning of the work program of the parent capital it received more than 10 million families, more than 6.4 million already spent it on those or other purposes.
“I specifically call those numbers because it seems to me that this kind of support is not implemented today in any country in the world”, – said Golikova.
