“On behalf of the head of the Republic Ramzan Kadyrov in all the districts was formed a list of those wishing to marry, but having financial difficulties. Regional Fund Akhmad Kadyrov compiled the list has allocated funds for the ransom 207 brides”, — stated in the message (quoted by “RIA Novosti”).
In Chechnya since April, had prohibited the marriage according to Islamic canons due coronavirus. The ban’s been lifted since may 25, but there are still restrictions on wedding celebrations. The muftiat said that the bride can go only two cars.
