the Prime Minister reminded that the draft plan has already been submitted to the head of state and is currently being finalized, taking into account sectoral meetings with the President.

Mishustin underlined that only this will enable us to reach a stable path of GDP growth.
Among the priorities the Prime Minister has called the restoration of the employment and support of people in a difficult period.
Measures, he said, needed to generate additional demand for specialists to provide people with the necessary level of wages, reduce the number of poor and to increase the number of employed in small and medium business.
Should “develop a clear ability to achieve sustainable growth of income of citizens,” Mishustin turned to his first Deputy Andrei Belousov. “Each measure of the plan should focus on the result,” said the Prime Minister.
He also instructed Belousov and the Minister of economic development Maxim Reshetnikov consideration in finalizing the plan the opinion of experts, entrepreneurs and parliamentarians.
Earlier, presenting the document to the President, Mishustin said that the plan is designed in three phases until the end of 2021. According to the results of its implementation in the Cabinet intend not only to overcome the recession, but also to ensure sustainable GDP growth, which will be the basis for raising people’s incomes. These goals will be achieved, inter alia, by improving the investment climate, introduction of modern technologies, increase of level of education.
