EMERCOM of Russia in 2021 plans to stop issuing work permits beaches in favor of notification from the owners on the implementation of all rules. For this, the Ministry has developed uniform requirements for the safety of tourists, reports TASS.
“of EMERCOM of Russia initiated the creation of a single mandatory requirements to the safety of people’s use of beaches,” — said in press service MOE. The document envisages 2021 “the transition from the permitting to use the beaches to their Declaration at the initiative of right holders”.
