Moscow centre “Patriot.Sports” organises a series of online workshops for students with well-known athletes and coaches in the framework of the project “Sports Saturday”.
June 6 at 10:00 will be training with the captain of the Rugby club “Dynamo” Georgy Kolosov. And an hour later there will be session with the coach the men’s team of Russia on hockey on the grass.
Each class will consist of three blocks: professional warm UPS with elements of different sports, General physical training and cool-down.
