Former member of the pop group “inveterate swindlers” Igor Bogomazov has filed a lawsuit against the creators of the program “live”, TV channel “Russia” and personally Andrey Malakhov. Sootvetchitsey listed his ex-wife Yulia Nekrasova.
As reported by the United press service of the courts of Petersburg, the reason for the lawsuit in the Primorsky district court of the Northern capital was the program “live”, which was shown on 10 December 2018. After a year and half after the release of the artist appealed for protection of their rights, noting that the program included information that discredits the honor and dignity as the Igor Bogomazov, and his current spouse Victoria.
In particular, the artist writes in the lawsuit that the air it is called defaulters alimony, said he put up a fight, partying, spoiled jointly acquired with the first wife’s property.
Ex-wife said on the air that Bogomazova has a debt for alimony in the amount of 630 thousand rubles.
In the lawsuit, the artist stated that this information is defamatory. He did not like the fact that the program included a replica of a live Studio audience, and the audience described Bogomazov very dirty word.
Bogomazov requires that television has made a retraction. The artist also sought to recover from the defendants compensation for moral work. Their suffering people, estimated at one million rubles.
