Representatives of Kiev disrupted the work of the four groups of the Contact group on settling the situation in Eastern Ukraine under various pretexts, stated the Ambassador of Russia Boris Gryzlov.

Gryzlov noted that there are very serious questions on the part of the Kiev delegation.

Russian envoy added that he was disappointed with the outcome of the videoconference of the Contact group.
“Another meeting of the Contact group showed that Kiev is further away from implementation and the Minsk arrangements, and channel decisions. So it will not work.
