Any attempts of Kyiv to change the Minsk agreement and the order can lead to irreparable consequences, said Russia’s representative in the contact group Boris Gryzlov.
"Kiev again stated that he wants to get full control of the border in the Donbass region until a political settlement. That is, to determine the special status areas of Donbass, Amnesty and elections.
