District administrative court of Kiev made the decision that it is necessary to consider illegal statements that the symbolism of the 14th SS division "Galichina" is not the symbolism of the Nazi regime. The corresponding court decision on Wednesday, was extended in his Telegram channel member of Parliament Maxim Buzhansky.
"to Recognize the illegal actions of the Ukrainian Institute of national memory and the Ukrainian Institute of national memory on granting the conclusion that the symbolism of the 14th Grenadier division of the SS "Galichina" is not the symbolism of the national socialist (Nazi) totalitarian regime, distribution or public use of which is prohibited in Ukraine", – stated in the decision of the court.
The court also banned the Institute of naramata continue to distribute its output. At the meeting the other claims is denied.
A lawsuit against Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada, former head of the Institute of naramata Vladimir Vyatrovich was filed by the head of the Ukrainian Jewish Committee Eduard Dolinsky. He demanded to bring the Deputy to justice for a public statement concerning the law on prohibition of propaganda of totalitarian regimes, which is better known as the law on decommunization.
