Earlier, the Vice-President ATOR Dmitry Gorin called for the resumption of travel out of the country abroad. In his opinion, this will happen after the opening of borders to international traffic and the reopening of embassies. They should start about June 15.
Russia has closed its borders since March 30, 2020 to prevent the spread of coronavirus. The right to cross the border have only military and civilian personnel of the Russian military bases overseas, workers in the nuclear industry involved in the construction of overseas ships ‘ crews, as well as diplomats, bound for Kaliningrad transit passengers and Russians going abroad for the funeral of a relative.
