Both premieres took place during the music marathon “don’t leave the room,” dedicated to the 80th anniversary of Joseph Brodsky. NOIZE MC performed the track “In the dark”, which is made up of two poems of the poet: “I always said that the fate of the game…” and “don’t leave the room.” And, in turn, played along on guitar, keyboards and ukulele.
it wasn’t his first address to the poetry of Brodsky. In 2018 NOIZE MC has released the single “In the dark”, but then that sounded different. There was a lot of his own original text, peremejateisa quotations from the two poets. Now NOIZE MC left in the composition only in Brodsky’s poetry.
And then – suddenly – said of what he owes him: “Brodsky is very close to me to rap to what I’m doing. Of course, he brought Russian poetry new meters, broke the rhythm even harder than it did Mayakovsky. And I really like such experiments…”
the Track sounded sharply, harshly, sometimes rebellious, anxious and desperate. And was more successful than the version of the 2018.
