The judge Katerina’va, which several years ago moved from Donetsk to Lviv, said he is persecuted and afraid for their lives and health. She spoke about it in public “Sud Ukraine” in Facebook.
According to the judge, she “was transferred to Lviv from Donetsk in 2015,” and within a few months after the move faced a lock right in the courtroom, when he led the Ukrainian nationalists.
“About six hours I was held in the courtroom without the ability to go to the toilet and under constant threats of physical violence. My understanding is the PE – a judge has blocked. However, ALL bodies to ensure order in court and protection of judges is completely inactive”, – she told.
Kotelva noted that he had escaped that day from the courthouse, but then was forced to make concessions in the case and release the accused under house arrest.
In 2017, according to the judge, she tried to dismiss as “absolutely and completely independent.” But in the end she managed to get back to work. Now, I’m sure the judge against her, preparing some kind of provocation.
“I travel constantly and defiantly go to people with walkie-talkies. (…) I can’t get out of the house. You want an independent judiciary? Where did he come from? Five years I in Lviv have lost their health and nerves, suffer from chronic severe insomnia, weigh 48 kg. This is the price of my independence. And my patriotism,” she said, asking for help.
