Tagansky court of Moscow has collected 2 million 282 thousand rubles debt with the singer Philip Kirkorov for repairs done at the cottage. About TASS reported the press service of the court.
"the judgment of the Taganskiy district court of Moscow claims SP Marinina Peter V. for Philip Kirkorov Bedrosovich on recovery of debt for performed construction works was partially satisfied, the defendant to the plaintiff recovered 2 282 784 rubles, and also the state duty in the amount of RUR 613 19" – said the representative of the court.
The claim was originally made more than 7 million rubles. The trial was held behind closed doors.
The plaintiff Marinin is a co-owner of the company "Stroykholding-trade", which owns the brand Renova. Renova has performed repair work in the cottage of the singer.
