The head of the Crimea Sergey Aksenov said that the inhabitants of other regions of Russia who come without a specific purpose will be placed in Observatory at their own expense. The decree he signed today, on may 24, reports TASS.
“Citizens from other regions who travel to Crimea aimlessly, respectively should be placed in the Observatory at his own expense,” – said Aksenov at the meeting of the operational headquarters for the fight COVID c-19.
According to him, if the traveler is not able to pay for the Observatory, the claim will be sent to court to recover the full amount. Such a measure is necessary, because each visitor has an additional burden on the health system of the region.
“We are all waiting for the holiday season, but, no, nothing to do to create a problem for us,” said the head of the Crimea.
