Investigators of the Federal security service (FSB) of Russia on non-rehabilitating grounds to stop the criminal prosecution of a teenager who in October 2018, carried to the Arkhangelsk office of special services an explosive device and died from the explosion. On Sunday, may 24, a law enforcement source told TASS.
According to the interlocutor of the Agency, the decision on termination of criminal case was made after investigators of FSB have conducted a thorough investigation, received the results of prescribed examinations and interviewed witnesses.

In October 2018 in the building of the FSB in the Arkhangelsk 17-year-old student-anarchist detonated an explosive device. The young man died on the spot. Also injured three members of management. The Governor of the Arkhangelsk region called the victim student victim of the opposition.
