Today, MPs have adopted a new package of bills on the support of citizens and businesses during a pandemic coronavirus, including tax breaks for those who gratuitously helps in the fight against COVID-19. This is stated in the message on the website of the state Duma.
Rambler wrote that the President of Russia Vladimir Putin on April 30 held a videoconference and spoke with participants of the all-Russian action “We are together”. During it the head of state said that in the calculation of income tax is not taken into account the company’s expenses for the purchase of products and goods that are transferred free to the needy, and urged MPs to support the bill.
“Among the measures approved by the Parliament, reducing tax costs for businesses and individual entrepreneurs who donated to help in the fight against coronavirus. Their costs for the acquisition of property to prevent distribution and diagnosis and treatment of the infection will be related to the costs of production”, – stated in the message on the website of the Russian state Duma.
Thus a press-service have specified that we are talking about the property, donated to medical organizations, bodies of state power and local self-government.
Also, MPs adopted the bill provides that up to 1% of revenue to charity will not be taxed.
