In the Russian Federation wanted to send a massive criminal liability for “gray” wages. With the corresponding initiative was made by the Senator from Kaluga region Anatoly Artamonov, reported on the official Internet portal of the upper house of the Russian Parliament.
Now in Russia there are rules according to which the punishment under article of the criminal code provided only for those organizations where employees work with the “grey” salary in the amount of 100 000 rubles. The Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on budget and financial markets has called for strengthening of struggle with “grey” payments and to imprison all the leaders of such companies, regardless of salary amounts.
Earlier it was reported that less than half of Russians (45%) retained salaries in April in full, and 44% had temporarily suspended work. According to one of the online services to find employment, cut wages 18%, 16% went on unpaid leave, 3% — in the paid. Approximately 5% of the employees reduced.
