The majority of Russians said that for the month of isolation one of the main difficulties was the lack of live communication, the results of studies of the Centre for the study of consumer behavior Roskoshestvo conducted in conjunction with the company Online Market Intelligence.
The study included 1047 respondents aged 18 years and older living in cities with population over 100 thousand people.
One of the main difficulties was the lack of live communication: it is indicated 56% of respondents, 30% of which are struggling to fill it using modern electronic methods of communication, and another 26% believe that any online communication will not replace personal interaction. While most live communication not enough women (60%) and young people aged 18 to 24 years (67%), whereas men talk about it somewhat less (52%).
Roskoshestvo also indicates that the majority of Russian families in terms of isolation of live amicably enough: 44% of respondents had no difficulties in the relationship, another 23% said sometimes it was difficult, but their families managed to adapt to the new conditions.
The main sources of information about the situation related to the spread of coronavirus infection, the study participants called news resources on the Internet (78%) and TV and social network (60% and 59%, respectively). News from social networks most often will young people aged 18-24 years old (76%) and 25-34 years (66%), while people aged 45 years and older use for this TV (45-54 years – 72% and more than 55 years – 79%), it follows from the results of the study.

In all, 69% of respondents indicated that due to the imposition of restrictive measures their quality of life over the last month has worsened.
