During the “mask mode” violation is any appearance in a public place without a mask. Stores have right to refuse the violator in service and non-violent to prevent natural persons to make a purchase – in this case, these actions are not infringement of the rights of the consumer.
in addition, violators may be subject to administrative responsibility according to part 1 of article 20.6.1. The amount of the fine can range from 1 thousand to 30 thousand rubles.
“because of the situation in their territory of the epidemiological situation, among the imposed restrictive measures stipulates compulsory wearing of masks in public places (in particular, when visiting the shopping facilities, public transport, etc.)”, – reminded in the CPS.
the Decision on the introduction of the “mask mode” will accept the regional authorities.
