the Government has prepared a three-step recovery plan after the crisis. According to it, the full opening up of the economy with respect for the long sanitary-epidemiological requirements will take place only in the second half of 2021.

the Plan calls for by the end of 2021 steady growth of real incomes of the population, reducing unemployment to not more than 5% and a steady GDP growth of at least 2.5% per annum.
