He reminded that the program is valid from 16 may, its members may become a company engaged in the affected industries as well as manufacturing organizations focused on the consumer market.

Reshetnikov recalled that the loan size is determined from the number of employed in the company on the first of June. So, each worker is allocated one minimum wage per month (12 130 rubles), and the resulting amount is multiplied by 6 months. According to the Minister, the loan company can send, including to Fund other loans, but, first, to the payment of wages.
If by June the company will retain employment for at least 90 percent of which was in March, the loan will be written off. When busy, saved by 80 percent, the loan will be written off by half.
Reshetnikov stressed that the funds for implementation of the program in the budget. According to him, potentially it covers enterprises with a total population of 7 million.
