It is not included in the list of candidates of the Council, which shall elect at the annual meeting of shareholders. Among the candidates is the son of Michael Gutseriev said Gutseriev, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company. In total, the Council consists of 14 people. Candidate was the CEO of the company, Enrique Fernandez, who previously announced plans to resign as CEO. Other changes in the Council are planned.
