The Pechersky district court of Kiev has re-arrested a Russian vessel in the case of illegal sand mining, said the press-service of office of public Prosecutor of Ukraine.
The name is not disclosed, but, according to Odessa edition "Duma", we are talking about the ship Seabreeze.
Earlier it became known that the court in Odessa withdrew the arrest of Russian vessel detained for damages for illegal mining of 5.2 million dollars, but prosecutors appealed the decision.
According to the office of the public Prosecutor, sand mining was carried out "in protected areas of the Black sea" off the coast of the Crimea. The documents of the case was transferred to the Department for crimes committed in armed conflict, office of the attorney General.
