“If we talk about the temperate and Northern latitudes of Russia, then steadily cool. In the centre of the country the temperature below the norm by 3-4 degrees over the next days,” he said.
According to Vilfand, this anomalously cold weather associated with transport of air masses from Northwest. Daytime temperatures will be from 12 to 17 degrees to Friday inclusive. “As it is not visible absolutely, that the weather will change [in coming days]“, — said the meteorologist.
According to meteorologist, on Sunday afternoon in Moscow is expected to 14-16 degrees, Monday 12-14, Tuesday — 13-15 degrees on Wednesday and Thursday — 11-16 degrees Celsius, Friday — from 12 to 17 degrees.
