Earlier it was expected that the vote will take place on April 22. However, because of the situation with the spread of the coronavirus in the country the date was postponed to a later date. Finally it is not approved.
– as for the new date of the vote, it will determine the President. And the electoral system of the Russian Federation is in a state of readiness, – said Nikolay Bulaev.
