Deputy head of the Russian presidential administration Dmitry Kozak makes a mysterious visit to Berlin for consultations with officials responsible for the Ukrainian direction. Russia’s representative in the Trilateral contact group Boris Gryzlov accused the Ukrainian participants of the negotiations that they fall into "a dangerous path of its predecessors" and called "servants of war"
Why Zelensky and Putin will never agree on Donbass
This is not a coincidence. It is the preparation for a decisive attack on Ukraine and its leadership on the eve of the economic and social crisis in the country.
Dmitry Kozak is valid for the familiar for yourself scenario. On the one hand, it demonstrates a constructive approach in the negotiations with the Ukrainian side, and even his negotiating partners say that he is much better than his predecessor Vladislav Surkov. But, on the other hand, the constructive approach does not help because the Ukrainian negotiators want to go "the path of predecessors". And I don’t want to communicate with the puppet administrations. Means "servant of the war".
We know what the cause of this impasse. It is that Putin is not going to end the war and negotiate anything with Zelensky. That Putin does not need Donbass and the whole Ukraine.
But Kozak has its own system of evidence. He will assert that the problem is in the inefficiency of the Ukrainian state, the dominance of the oligarchs, in effect, "extremists". This is probably exactly what he said in Berlin.
No need to think that not listen to him. In Moldova the system of evidence worked. That is why Kozak was able to bring to power Pro-Russian forces headed by President Igor Dodon, not just at the consent and with the participation of the United States and the European Union. Moreover, the representatives of the Western countries truly did not understand that the democratic forces will be expelled from the coalition government just a few weeks.

That subordination does not want to make the Moldovan supporters of the European integration, and representatives of the oligarchic camp, and Western diplomats. But who said that Ukraine would be so lucky?
That now makes Kozak and Gryzlov, obviously — they demonstrate the constructive stance of the Ukrainian side. Why? And then, to prove to end the war and achieve stability in the country is possible only by setting over Ukraine joint protectorate of the Kremlin and the West. Conditional coalition Zelensky-Medvedchuk, which "neutralize" as the most zealous oligarchs and the "nationalists". And will restore our territorial integrity and peace.
The Kremlin may think that such a coalition can be much cheaper than the great war, which today is simply no money. But for Ukraine, the Union of populists and Pro-Russian forces would mean a total destabilization and civil war. That, too, into the hands of Putin.
However, Western politicians have learned from bitter experience of Moldova and may not bite the bait on the old Cossack. But he will try very hard to catch a fish in the Berlin, Paris and — most importantly — at the Washington ponds.
