the head of the Crimea Sergey Aksenov has amended its Decree on the measures of increased readiness, signed on 17 March 2020. In the document published on the website of the government of Kazakhstan, a strict requirement of isolation replaced by a recommendation to the citizens to limit travel. The decree comes into force since may 18.
“to encourage citizens to limit travel, including for tourism purposes, not to leave the place of residence (stay) without the need, and to refrain from visiting religious sites,” the document reads.
