the Chief radiologist of the Russian capital Sergey Morozov listed the first symptoms of a severe case of coronavirus of a new type.
According to him, such symptoms are high fever, cough and shortness of breath.
“the First temperature of more than 38,5°C, and the second cough, the third — shortness of breath. This high frequency of breaths in 20 to 30 movements per minute. This can join the reduction of blood oxygen saturation”, — explained the expert in the program “Health” on the First channel.
However, the doctor and TV presenter Elena Malysheva added that the most serious signal that the device needs to seek medical help is shortness of breath.
“Shortness of breath is a feeling of lack of air. This is the most serious symptom, which need to be hospitalized,” — said Malyshev.
Also, according to doctors, infected observed cyanosis, i.e. bluish discoloration of the skin and mucous membranes. Symptom of infection is the blueing of the lips and nails.
