Party "Communist Russia" proposes the adoption of the Federal law on supporting the development of the pioneer organization in the entire country, reported RIA Novosti the Chairman of the Communist party Maxim suraykin.
"In the pioneer day I most likely will appeal to the President of the Russian Federation with a proposal to adopt a Federal law on supporting the development of the pioneer organization in the entire country… If there were a Federal law that would oblige public authorities such pioneer squads to help, then I think this process of revival will go intensely", – said suraykin.
In his opinion, it is necessary to revive this great organization, through which passed almost all Soviet citizens with the best memories.
"Today … it is especially important to work with young people, to carry out Patriotic education, to teach guys to be a team, love their country – all this gave the pioneers", – said the Chairman of the Central Committee of the party.
He also added that actually the pioneer organization now exist throughout the country, not so much, and they’re divided from each other. "It all rests on podvizhnichestvo and initiative of those people, parents who remember and organize. Our regional committees are always help such groups", – said suraykin.
"But you need to make the state decision, the Federal law to support state and municipal authorities. Because in order to work with children, you still need a room, need some money, can, often small, for the attributes, for the activities of children’s sports, contests and so on," he said.
