Social network Vkontakte with the support of the Ministry of sports of Russia has created an online platform “Training” for sports in the home under the guidance of professional athletes and experienced trainers from different regions of the country.
Anyone can pick up a course of exercises and free to do at home even without special equipment. The project collected both sports, and dance styles for users with any level of training. Trainings are held live. The project involves the participation of world champion and Olympic medalist in Cycling, Denis Dmitriev, a five-time winner of the world Championships in synchronised swimming, Marina Golyadkin gymnast Samira Mustafayeva, and other well-known athletes, fitness trainers, choreographers and bloggers. To be a coach, you need to join the official community of the project and discuss with the chat-bot wishes. According to the survey, the bot will also offer classes and help you to create a convenient schedule. “Training” will also be available on the official website of the Ministry of sports of Russia Vkontakte.
