Chief physician of the hospital in Kommunarka Denis Protsenko explained why the percentage of deaths from coronavirus in Russia are lower than the statistics show in other countries. Protsenko noted that in Russia, the pandemic began to develop later and the doctors were able to conclude from the situation that occurred in other countries.
