In Simferopol, near the transport interchange at the intersection of the road to Nikolayevka and tracks dubky-Levadky the police caught the road-building company in the creation of large landfills otdokhov, which caused damage to the city amounting to more than 77.5 million rubles. According to the results of examination carried out with participation of specialists of the Ministry of natural resources of Kazakhstan, illegal actions caused material damage to community property. According to available estimates, the environmental damage inflicted on the area more than 9124 square meters, – said the press service of the Crimean Ministry of internal Affairs. – In actions of officials of the enterprise seen signs of the crime provided by part 2 of article 247 of the criminal code (violation of rules for handling ecologically dangerous substances and a waste).
