In the appeal the lawyers for the players indicated that they were prosecuted for causing bodily injuries to the driver leading the First channel of Olga Ushakova Vitaly Solovchuk unreasonable. The lawyers also said that the previous, lower courts did not evaluate the position of the defense about the lack of hooliganism in the actions of the defendants.
