Moscow presented three historic buildings that can be rented under the program “1 ruble per 1 square meter”. This was reported on the official website of the Moscow mayor.
The open auction the estate in 1880, the building of the Basmanny police station, built on the site of the house of Trubetskoy, as well as part of the first Russian stud.
“the Program allows to preserve the historical appearance of Moscow — for seven years, the business rented on such terms 70 buildings, 27 of which objects of cultural heritage”, — said the Deputy mayor of Moscow for economic policy and property and land relations Vladimir Yefimov.
Winners have five years to return the home to its historical appearance. After completion of the work starts to operate concessionary rent for 49 years. The total area of lots — almost 1830 square meters.
