The mayor of Kiev Vitali Klitschko has allowed the introduction of more rigorous quarantine. About this he wrote in his Telegram channel.
According to him, the situation is difficult, especially prior to the weakening of the quarantine. Klitschko said that any relief will be illogical and will lead to infectious explosion, if the dynamics of infection with the coronavirus to grow.
“Then you have to introduce more stringent quarantine,” he said.
From 6 April in Ukraine, has tightened measures against the coronavirus. The government has extended the quarantine regime until 22 may. In the country restricted the movement of people for time spent on the street, prohibited events. Ukrainians are obliged to be in public places in the PPE.
On 11 may, the authorities intend to relax the quarantine and allowed to visit parks, children’s playgrounds, beauty salons and hairdresser.
According to recent data, in Ukraine, the coronavirus has infected 15 people 648, 408 died. The total number of infected people in the world exceeded 4.1 million. For the entire period of the pandemic died 282 of 719 patients, more than 1.41 million people were recovered.
