MOSCOW, may 11 — RIA Novosti. Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed the government to accelerate the bringing of three billion rubles for support of socially oriented NGOs and charities, reported on the Kremlin website.
“the Government of the Russian Federation subject to restrictive measures in connection with the distribution of new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) to expedite bringing three billion rubles, the allocation of which is stipulated by the decree of the President of the Russian Federation of 6 may 2020 No. 120-RP, in order to support socially oriented non-profit organizations and charitable organizations that provide assistance to social institutions and to needy citizens during the period of validity of restrictive measures”, — stated in the instructions.
