The third phase will resume trading enterprises and spheres of services — no limit on the number of concurrent visitors and the area open the object of public catering enterprises, hotels, educational establishments without exception.
While the Ministry stressed that “at all stages would be a mandatory mode of isolation for people with a high risk of severe disease (persons over 65, persons with chronic diseases, primarily individuals with cardiovascular diseases, respiratory diseases, diabetes)”.
