At least 179 people died per day in Spain because of a new type of coronavirus. This was reported on Saturday, the Ministry of health of the Kingdom.
May 8 was recorded 229 deaths. Record on mortality was registered in Spain on 1 April – then night died of 950 patients. The total number of deaths since the beginning of the spread of infection in the country has reached 26 478. The number of infections has grown 24 hours in advance at 604. The total number of cases identified with PCR tests, reached 223 578. Recovered 133 952 of the patient, the figure for the day was up 2 804.
